Quest involves finding out about his most recently past employer the one right before Azrukhal and while doing that quest, which involves travelling about the Wasteland with Charon to certain locations, you also discover about his childhood which is when he was brainwashed and where it took place (not in the CW), etc. So I'd call it Ghoul Charm and when I wanted him to charm Reavers into mellowness, for example, I'd ask him to, "Turn on the charm." lol.Ģ. Maybe it could be toggleable so you could ask him to turn it on and off when you wanted him to use it kind of like flirting. If I was going to have a perk for him, it might be like the ghoul mask.
